Welcome to my law firm, Kevin J. Waite, P.C. I have been serving people in the Coeur d'Alene region for over ten years. Altogether I have over twenty years of experience as an attorney, including extensive experience as a trial lawyer.
I represent individuals and businesses in North Idaho, including Kootenai County (Coeur d'Alene), Bonner County (Sandpoint), Boundary County (Bonners Ferry), Shoshone County (Wallace), and Benewah County (St. Maries) with a variety of legal issues:

My experience as an attorney
Before I began practicing as a sole practitioner in Coeur d'Alene, I worked at large law firms (200+ attorneys) in Chicago, handling business litigation and trials. I also served as a law clerk to a federal district judge in Chicago. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
My wife of over twenty years, Carol, works as my legal assistant. Carol has a double major in chemistry and biology in college, and has a master's degree in biochemistry, a background that occasionally comes in handy. We have four children, Rachel, Sean, Ethan and Zach, ages 11 to 21. The other three owe this mention to Ethan's insistence on it.
